Perimenopause looks different for everyone—some feel exhausted and foggy, while others deal with mood swings, cravings, or weight gain that won’t budge. When negative thoughts creep in, it’s easy to feel stuck, even when you’re trying to take better care of yourself.

Simple Nutrition That Works For Your Life

Your body is changing, and so should the way you fuel it. I’ll help you understand exactly what your body needs in this season so you can nourish yourself in a way that supports your hormones, energy, and overall well-being. No more guessing, no more frustration—just simple, balanced nutrition that fits your life. I’ll teach you the Whole Foods Plate approach, so you’ll know how to eat in a way that truly fuels and sustains you through this transition

Accountability + Guidance

You don’t have to do this alone. Change feels hard when you’re trying to figure it all out by yourself—but having the right support can make all the difference. As your coach, I’ll be there to help you stay on track, troubleshoot challenges, and remind you that you CAN do this.
