Meet Rosa

WELCOME! I’m a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP) and Mindset Life Coach. I’m passionate about helping women navigate midlife with simple, sustainable nutrition, mindset shifts, and healthy habits that support lasting change. I’m here to support women who are ready to feel healthier and more balanced, but are unsure where to begin.

With so much conflicting advice out there, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. That’s where I come in. Together, we’ll simplify the process—focusing on nutrition, mindset, and habits that work for you—so you can feel confident, energized, and in control of your wellness journey.

My journey to wellness wasn’t easy. In 2004, after years of feeling unwell and exhausted, I began my search for answers. I tried every diet I could find, but instead of feeling better, I only felt more confused and frustrated.

Everything changed when I met a nutritionist who introduced me to the power of real, whole foods and a holistic approach to health. Her guidance, combined with my determination to improve my health, made all the difference.

Inspired by this transformation, I pursued further education and became a certified Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner in 2019. Later, I became a Mindset Life Coach because I realized that changing my mindset was crucial to staying consistent and overcoming the limiting beliefs and emotions that often held me back. Now, I’m dedicated to helping others build lasting wellness by combining nutrition, mindset, and healthy habits.
